Our Story
Like most small businesses, we created our company to serve an unmet need in the marketplace.
Our founding team of owner-operators have decades of combined experience in the ownership and operation of commercial property. In that capacity, we recognized the need for a general contracting property services provider who possessed both the professional trade-skills and the professional management capacity to deliver results for the demanding scopes and schedules of a commercial facility.
Over time, we have developed a team of managers and skilled tradesmen who carry forward our vision of delivering a professional class of property services to a professional class of property owners and managers.

Our company specializes in asphalt preservation and exterior coatings for owners and managers of retail, office, industrial, multifamily, healthcare, and education facilities. We also provide select general repair and maintenance services to meet the needs of our valued clients. Our service area encompasses all of South Carolina, southeastern North Carolina, coastal Georgia, the CSRA and Charlotte metro.
